6 November, 2014 - Silken Berlaymont Hotel, 11-19 boulevard Charlemagne, Brussels, BELGIUM
2014 is a watershed year for the European Union: a new European Parliament, European Commission and European Council president offer the promise of a more citizen-centric and delivery-focused political agenda. Given the importance and size of the public sector, it will be key in driving the economic recovery, competitiveness, job creation and catering to the needs of digital natives. In an effort to contribute to a future-oriented course for European action, the European Centre for Government Transformation will use the occasion to publish Delivering Public Service for the Future: How Europe Can Lead Public Sector Transformation, a thoughtful and hard-hitting collection of essays.
