20-22 October, 2015 - Lisbon, PORTUGAL

Join the European Digital Forum for ICT 2015 in Lisbon – the European Union’s flagship digital conference, which unites 4,000 innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, corporate leaders, private investors, regional and national policymakers and digital-era luminaries from throughout Europe for intense policy debates, stimulating keynotes, dynamic new research and high-level networking.

This year, the European Digital Forum is proud to co-host the Startup Europe Forum, an intellectually vibrant parallel track of unprecedented discussions and debates that will take place inside of the conference. We are particularly pleased that Günther Oettinger, European Commissioner for digital economy and society, will join us for the Startup Europe Forum Opening Plenary, where he will meet leading entrepreneurs and investors and give The 2015 Tech All-Stars Award to Europe’s leading technology-sector startup. Later, we will launch the European Digital City Index, an innovative look at Europe’s most dynamic cities. Geoff Mulgan, CEO of Nesta, and Sherry Coutu, angel investor and author of the highly influential Scale-up Report, keynote breakout sessions. And joining us especially will be the authors of 10 National Startup Manifestos, a fast-growing movement in nine EU member states to improve the climate for cutting-edge new businesses.

The ICT 2015 event will comprise a number of parallel activities:

  • A policy conference presenting the new Commission's policies and initiatives on Research & Innovation in ICT (Horizon 2020Programme);

  • An interactive exhibition showcasing the best results and impact of most recent EU ICT Research & Innovation;
