International Organisation hiring Chief of Party for the Clean Power Asia Activity

International Organisation seeks a chief of party for the anticipated USAID Clean Power Asia (CPA) activity. The project aims to accelerate a regional transition to a high performing, low carbon power sector. The activity will assist the governments of the Lower Mekong and other developing countries in Asia in energy planning and help establish an effective policy, regulatory, and technical environment for low-emissions growth in the power sector, while simultaneously attracting public- and private-sector investment. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Provide overall project leadership through strategic planning, management, and technical implementation
Act as the primary activity point of contact for USG, Lower Mekong governments, donors, private sector entities, and other key stakeholders
Supervise project activities, including management of personnel and subcontractors
Supervise preparation of work plans, progress reports, financial reports, logistics, and other documents
Provide quality assurance on all project activities and deliverables
