EPO hiring Talent Acquisition Manager

Within the framework of the EPO's global strategy, Principal Directorate Human Resources (PD HR) is in charge of defining the strategies, policies and services supporting the performance and engagement of the Office's employees. It is in particular mandated to ensure the implementation of the HR Roadmap adopted by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation in 2011.

Part of PD HR, the Directorate Recruitment & Talent Management and within it the Recruitment department is responsible inter alia for developing the EPO's talent acquisition strategy to ensure a diverse workforce and to attract and select the best talents in Europe.

We are looking for a talent acquisition manager/recruiter to join our team.

Main duties

  • Supporting and actively contributing to the EPO's employer branding strategy

  • Co-ordinating and developing social media channels for talent acquisition

  • Developing active sourcing strategies for different profiles

  • Developing and implementing a talent pool concept

  • Supporting managers and HR colleagues in making the right sourcing choices for their needs

  • Assessment and selection: Designing assessment and selection processes to enable managers to make informed choices, based on rich and accurate insights about a candidate's strengths and areas for development, including chairing selection boards.
