Tender: Maintenance, Support and Development of Oracle PeopleSoft systems

The consultant will produce an M&E prototype. Ultimately, the prototype should synthesize data using interactive and configurable visualizations. 

The main objective of the prototype is to give decision makers a better sense of the advantages of an online interactive M&E system as well as of the use of open data for M&E purposes.

The objective of this consultancy, as part of Subcomponent 2.2. of the RAS, is to produce an M&E prototype. Ultimately, the prototype should synthesize data using interactive and configurable visualizations.

SCOPE OF WORK 

In this context, the ICT sector of the Transport & ICT World Bank Global Practice seeks a firm to design, develop, and test open-data M&E prototype. General tasks include:

  • Design and develop an M&E prototype for open data in the sectors covered by the NSDAR four fields of action;

  • Incorporate datasets within the prototype;

  • Collaborate with the Bank task team and stakeholders throughout the discovery, design, development and testing phases;

  • Participate in the September workshop;

  • Collect feedback from the workshop as well and integrate it into a set of technical specifications for the future full-fledge platform.
