European Institution tenders for Workspace Consulting

A workplace consultant straddles the disciplines of human resources and efficiency consulting, helping businesses create more effective working environments.
This can include examining the placement of offices, checking the ergonomics of chairs, tables and desks, reviewing health, safety and security issues and examining traffic flow. Helping create improved communication among employees is another role of workplace consultants, which may include suggesting different technologies, such as video conferencing, a central meeting room or department relocations. The development of a corporate culture is also important, and may involve interviewing employees to get their feedback regarding what could be done to make the day-to-day work experience more enjoyable.
The contractor's assignment shall cover the following areas in particular:
design of interior spaces and architecture,
information and communication technologies (ICT),
- human resources.
The information on the project as well as on the documents to be delivered is detailed in the terms of reference.
The call is for a four-year framework agreement with a single operator.
