ICON-INSTITUTE recruiting Workforce Development Project Manager

Project Title

Industry-led Skills and Workforce Development Project Manager.

Background

The Millennium Challenge Account - Georgia (MCA-Georgia) is seeking financial and technical proposals to provide project management and technical assistance services for a technical and vocational education and training (TVET) development project in Georgia. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RfP) is to select a Project Manager to manage the Industry-led Skills and Workforce Development (ISWD) Project. The Project Manager shall furnish all required personnel, services, materials, travel, office space and logistics necessary to implement the project.

Job Description

Short-term staff with skills, expertise, and experience for the above mentioned project is required:

  • Procurement, including administration and oversight

  • Financial administration and auditing

  •  Social and gender integration

  • Labor market/economic/cost-benefit analysis

  • Environmental and social performance

  • Infrastructure/engineering assessment

  • Monitoring and evaluation specialist

  • Specific TVET technical skills (if required)
