JSI is looking for a candidate that will support functions such as: digital/social ad development and planning, post-campaign data analysis, reporting, web analytics, performance and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), collateral creation, with the goal of developing and executing creative and impactful digital marketing campaigns that exceed goals and drive behavior change. The ideal candidate for this position will understand brand development and how it ties to multi-channel social media campaigns as well as use best practices for designing digital/social, video, web, social media, and email content under advisement from the Marketing Director. This person is a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a busy environment and is able to manage their time extremely well.
The primary responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Plan and execute multi-channel social media (paid and organic) and digital campaigns to drive specifically defined strategic objects for campaigns across the public health spectrum
Advise on responsive strategy and oversee day-to-day execution of social community management (including but not limited to: monitoring, responding, engagement, daily/weekly content development and posting, etc.)
In collaboration with graphic design team members, create ads and social post content (including utilizing applications to create animated/video advertisements) for campaigns that educate about public health issues
Oversee and track analytics across channels and develop reporting metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations to evolve strategy, drive results and report to funders provide input for all marketing-related projects
Assist project teams in testing campaign concepts through digital/social creative testing
Identify trends, discover KPIs, and bring new ideas to the table that provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements while collaborating with other teams and peers to foster learning and leverage knowledge
Provide meeting support including scheduling, organizing meetings (in-person and web-based), taking meeting minutes and managing attendee contact lists
Perform other duties as assigned
