OPML recruiting Business Improvement Administrator

We have a new opportunity for a Business Systems Administrator to support the company wide projects of the Business Process Improvement team. Your key role will include collating, tracking and reporting feedback from business areas and facilitating issue resolution based on user feedback. You will be supporting general administration of new systems until they are operationalised within host business units, in a fast paced and collaborative environment that is growing.
Administering feedback and improvement processes across OPM's business;
Managing data collected through feedback processes including running simple analysis and data presentation;
Using feedback data, tracking and reporting on issues relating to business systems and processes.
Allocating issues and tasks raised through feedback processes, and liaising with internal and external IT and other internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution based on user feedback
Supporting system users to ensure seamless transition to new processes
As part of the Business Improvement Team, supporting the design and development of new business improvement processes.
