EU Agency needs Corporate Identity Development

Lisbon, 11 July 2013

The Agency provides technical assistance and support to the European Commission and Member States in the development and implementation of EU legislation. In addition, it carries out operational and monitoring tasks and cooperates with other Agencies and bodies to avoid duplication of work and foster synergies.

In most of the cases the final objective of these cooperation arrangements is to improve the quality of services offered by the Agency to the Member States and the Commission, within the limits of its mandate.

The objective of this call for tender is to obtain a refreshed corporate identity as well as a range of updated corporate identity designs which are to be presented in a coherent manual by the winning bidder.

Context of the contract

The Agency is in the process of revising its communication strategy and its product range.

The overall vision presented in the tender calls for an improved graphic design of the existing products and certain new communication products. The aim is to have the brand promoted consistently through all of its communication channels.

In addition, the existing logo should be refreshed, and a set of guidelines issued for its use and appearance throughout the communication product range (standard, greyscale, negative/positive, light/dark backgrounds). A detailed graphic charter should also outline colour palette, typography and visuals.

The tenderer must be in a stable financial position and have the economic and financial capacity to perform the contract.

Deadline: 15 July 2013
