International Organisation hiring Alumni Communications Officer

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of communications with Organisation’s global volunteer alumni, across a range of channels, to ensure they remain engaged with and informed about Organisation’s programmes and priorities.

  • Shape and craft clear communications that are aligned to Organisation’s brand values.

  • Support global events and opportunities for alumni to engage in, at times developing alumni initiatives to enable this.

  • Provide information and guidance to supporter groups including Organisation Vintage, UK supporter groups and Organisation Friends and global support groups, working closely with Country Directors and and Programme managers.

  • Deliver alumni communications aligned with the international communications strategy, our strategic change programmes and our overall business objectives,

  • Coordinate alumni feedback mechanisms and data reports as required

  • Monitor, evaluate and adapt channels and messages as needed.

  • Organisation date alumni data governance and maintenance – ensuring adherence to data protection guidelines

  • Support the delivery of wider stakeholder communications to meet Organisation corporate objectives.
