International Organisation hiring Two Experts to Carry out a Feasibility Study about Ars Aevi Museum Possible Future Developments

Global objective

To carry out a feasibility study about Ars Aevi Museum possible future developments considering different scenarios

Specific objectives

  • To carry out an in depth analysis of required investment costs, corresponding operational costs and the most appropriate governance structure;

  • To analyse the possible legal status and make concrete proposals for a contemporary art museum of a special international character such as Ars Aevi, to study legal form of institutions which have international founders, and combination of private and public organisation (such as Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, Alexandria Library, etc);

  • o carry out an in depth analysis of all options for financing the investment and operational costs of the future museum in relation to the legal form, international experiences and country context.

The team should be composed by two experts under this assignment with total engagement of 180 man-days:

  • One Category I expert with economic experience and proven experience in feasibility studies

  • One Category I expert with civil engineering experience with proven experience in feasibility studies, notably in the field of public buildings

Duration 6 months
