Development Organisation recruiting Senior Marketing Strategist

Development Organisation seeks a proven Marketing Strategist and Team leader who would like to take on the challenge to develop Development Organisation’s corporate marketing plan and donor strategies and lead the Global Marketing team (6 professionals) to position Development Organisation in the global market place and contribute to a healthy corporate pipeline.
Market intelligence: systematically gather and analyse information on markets, funding streams, specific customers and competitors and their marketing strategies and revenue models;
Product innovation: initiate, coordinate and support product innovation, in close coopration with the sector teams and on the interfaces of the sectors and cross sectorial, in order to improve Development Organisation’s competitive edge;
Development sector trends: develop and maintain relationships with parties and gather intelligence on new initiatives, trends and changes in the development sector to feed innovations and improvements in the corporate marketing plan and revenue model;
Marketing strategy development: develop the corporate marketing plan, including customer strategies for key players in the donor market;
Strategic positioning and profiling: profile Development Organisation in marketing communications material and at key events and meetings, showcasing successes;
Branding: develop and maintain Development Organisation’s corporate brand;
Marketing team coordinator: lead the Global Marketing team within the Marketing and Business Development department and ensure deliverables of the team are achieved.
CONTRACT PERIOD: 2 years contract, extendable.
