International Organisation hiring Early Grade Reading Consultant

Summary of Position

International Organisation seeks consultants to support development and design of proposals responding to USAID Early Grade Reading solicitations. The projects aim to improve the reading skills of primary school students. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

Scope of Work:

  • Conduct in-country assessment in collaboration with International Organisation staff and in-country team to evaluate and review the existing early grade reading approaches and activities. Provide recommendations on where activities can be improved

  • Identify community engagement opportunities to support early grade reading, leveraging International Organisation strengths and technical capacity.

  • Make recommendations and oversee development of proposal design that responds to donor technical requirements and effectively incorporates International Organisation and partner capacity.

  • Coordinate and lead writing of proposal design effort, in collaboration with International Organisation development and program staff and partners.
