Training Services Tender: Professional and Personal Development Skills

The European Bank is launching a call for tenders with the aim of acquiring various trainings for some or all categories of staff (graduates, secretarial, clerical, support staff, executive staff, managers), through the following:

  • design and/or development and adaptation to European Bank needs of training courses, workshops, tools and materials;

  • provision of training courses, workshops, tools and materials;

  • quality control, follow-up and reporting.The Bank is seeking providers with experience in working in an international environment and in the development of customised training sessions and workshops in private companies or public organisations.

The services to be provided to all categories of staff shall be divided into 6 lots:

  • lot 1 — communication;

  • lot 2 — project management;

  • lot 3 — job skills;

  • lot 4 — managing performance;

  • lot 5 — core competencies;

  • lot 6 — essential skills for assistants.

NB: in order to take part in this call for tender, interested candidates should request the complete tender specifications from the European Bank beforehand. The criteria set out in the specifications should be taken into account when drawing up tenders.

Aims to ensure that the skills acquired match the skills valued in the workplace. The training must also help staff adjust to change and handle new working conditions and environment, interpersonal relationships, etc.

The expected training services consist of the following:

  • influence, impact and negotiation skills,

  • interview techniques for managers,

  • manage workflows, priorities, and efficiency,

  • impact through assertiveness,

  • impact through assertiveness (management).
