EU CHAFEA's Grant Programme Call for Proposals on Migrants' Health

CHAFEA is the Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency that implements the EU Health Programme. It has announced an EU Grant Programme on "Migrants' Health: Best practices in care provision for vulnerable migrants and refugees" with a volume of EUR 4.5 mn.
EU CHAFEA's Grant Programme Call for Proposals allows to set up a project to improve health care provision for migrants and refugees.
We intend to develop a bid for this project and aim to sub-contract the following work-packages to a competent partner through an open tender process:
Assess migrants' and refugees' health needs
Define Models of Care and identify best practices
Review existing provision and assess capabilities to implement
Develop Model of Care business case
Design pilot programme, incl. detailed business cases for pilots
We estimate the volume of the subcontracted work-packages to be no more than 45% of the value of the total grant.

We are calling for proposals on the work packages outlined above, including the following elements:
Approach, deliverables and preliminary insights per work package
3 projects referencing work with migrants at institutional / authority level in 3 different EU Member States
3 projects referencing work with health systems at institutional / authority level in 3 different EU Member States
Price per work package, including all extra cost and expenses.
