SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER

Providing various training courses, conferences, seminars, coaching and e-learning activities, as well as the corresponding educational and learning support material.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The objective of this invitation to tender is the signature of a maximum of three framework contracts in cascade, per lot, to provide (through the future Contractors) various training courses, conferences, seminars, coaching and e-learning activities, as well as the corresponding educational and learning support material in all formats, hereinafter referred to as the “learning and training activities”, “courses” or “training services”.

This invitation to tender is divided into two lots:

Lot 1 — Intellectual Property (IP).

This lot relates to the design and delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) learning and training activities for the Office’s staff. These services include the provision of trainers, course materials and documentation, preparation and needs analysis and the post-delivery evaluation reports. The main purpose of this lot is to offer lectures of a high academic standard on a variety of topics of intellectual property law.

Lot 2 — Soft Skills and Professional Knowledge.

This lot relates to the design and delivery of training activities, i.e. training, coaching, off-the-shelf e-learning, blended learning, learning support material and conferences, to develop the soft skills and professional knowledge of the Office’s staff.

For both lots, the future Contractor shall offer learning and training activities either from its own catalogue and/or serve as intermediary or reseller of thelearning and training activities requested by the Office that are not in its catalogue. In the latter case, the future Contractor should be able to identify, contact and deliver the most suitable training providers for the Office’s staff.

The invitation to tender mainly covers training and learning activities and their related learning resources which are not subject to other framework contracts in force at the Office. Therefore, language training, for example, is not part of this call for tenders.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this invitation to tender is the signature of a multiple framework contract in cascade with a maximum of three Contractors per lot.
