UNICEF and China have a long history of collaboration. In 1947, China became the first country in Asia to welcome a partnership with UNICEF, and our first programme provided emergency relief services to children. China has the second-largest child population: 14% of the world's children. It’s had progress recently, advancing education and health rights, promoting gender equality and reducing poverty. Responsibilities

UNICEF China works with corporate partners to support UNICEF’s programmes for children. We are now seeking for an experienced sales professional to manage and drive our strategic Corporate Fundraising Agenda to raise resources to support our programmes for children in China. This entails:

  •  Lead a team to identify, assess, and negotiate new corporate partnerships to support UNICEF’s programmes

  • Strengthen existing corporate partnerships, grow value, renew, and fulfil agreed obligations

  • Identify assets and influences of corporate partners to create strategic engagement opportunities that support the company’s and UNICEF’s mission to improve the lives of children

  • Work with the global corporate partnerships teams in Geneva and Bangkok to ensure global best practice is implemented in China

  • Work closely with UNICEF programme teams to plan and coordinate field visits with corporate partners

  • Effectively manage the corporate fundraising team, supervise staff, develop work plans, guide and support
